Great location, perfect for exploring the city with everything nearby, and the room was exactly what we expected.

The location of the hotel is pleasant and quiet, providing a safe environment for travelers. Guests appreciate the fully functioning kitchen area, fast internet, and satellite TV. the modern and spacious room, clean bathroom, and friendly/supportive reception make the stay even better.

Some guests complain about noise from other guests or road traffic.

The hotel's staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us useful local maps and information. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a great Nespresso machine. The location was also very convenient, close to a supermarket and several restaurants.

The toilet in our room had some issues with flushing and made a loud noise when the water kept running. We mentioned the issue to the staff, but it was not fixed during our stay, which was a bit annoying.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the showers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with helpful tips and transportation to the airport.

The kitchen area was a bit small and lacked some basic amenities, such as a stove. Also, some supplies like the tea and coffee were not replenished during our stay. we had a lovely city break experience and enjoyed our stay.

Being in the south island, it was convenient to explore nearby sights. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. They provided excellent service, from room service to laundry, and even helped arrange tours and tickets for me. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as a kitchen, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. I especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort provided at this hotel.
